Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to Print Voucher Register to allow the printing of multiple signature lines. || SFAP-1135

Budget Prep

• New Feature was added to Budget Prep for a Three Year Actual/Budget Version Report. || SFBP-322

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Custom Reports for Stub-Stub-Check with MICR. || SFPR-2353

• New Feature was added to State Tax Tables and Tax Table Update for Alabama 2022 Tax. || SFPR-2357

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Customer Master Report to display more fields from the main report when "Display Grid" is selected. Fixed Services, Metered Services and Notes were also added as sub-grids. || SFUB-3181

Multiple Modules

• New Feature was added to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business License, Fixed Assets, Fund Ledger, Payroll, Tax Collection and Utility Billing for a Rollback Audit Report. A record will now be saved any time a rollback occurs in each of these modules. || SFSYS-164

Addressed Issues

Accounts Receivable

• Modified Enter/Edit Charges, Process Automatic Billing and Invoice Print and Update so that new charges will no longer be automatically paid if a credit balance exists and "Open Item" is selected as the payment method. || SFAR-319

Fund Ledger

• Modified Balance Sheet so that inactive accounts were included when "Include inactives" was selected. || SFFL-523

Permitting

• Modified Permit Listing Report to include unit numbers if selected in the system file. Also added a delete button to the Units tab in Enter Edit Property and modified the logic so that duplicate unit numbers could not be created. || SFPM-307
