Accounts Payable

• SmartAP Now requires a Licence to access the Strategic Payment Services Virtual Card E-Payments tab in the Accounts Payable System File parameter. This Functionality can be turned on by using the SmartFusion License Editor to modify a customers License File. || SFAP-628
• Wells Fargo E-Payments now requires a Licence to access the Wells Fargo E-Payments tab in the Accounts Payable System File parameter. This Functionality can be turned on by using the SmartFusion License Editor to modify a customers License File. || SFAP-631

Business License

• New Feature was added to Post Fees and Taxes to Fund Ledger in summary. || SFBL-582

Payroll

• New Feature was added to the Merit Import to not update any Fund Ledger Accounts when importing merit pay. This Functionality can be turned on by using the SmartFusion License Editor to modify a customers License File. || SFPR-1205

Tax Collections

• Modifications to how Fixed services are stored on a bill and calculated have been changed. You can now setup default values for fixed services on the Tax Years parameter screen. These values are used when creating a new bill. You can change the values on the Enter/Edit Property Master Detail by Tax Year screen if a specific bill is not using the defaults from the Tax Year. The Create New Tax Year wizard was modified to include fixed service defaults and the Global Update of Fixed Services was modified to add and update fixed services on the bill detail. || SFTX-905

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to include the Customer Account Number in the Blackboard export file. When this option is turned on in the Special section of the UB System File, the customer account number will be the first field of each record in the output file. || SFUB-1994

Tax Collections

• Fixed Issue in the Tax Collection System Settings page to show scroll bars both vertically and horizontally when viewing on a small monitor. || SFTX-862
• Fixed an Issue on the Enter/Edit Property Master Detail by Tax Year screen. When the tax type for a specific bill is "Merchant", the assessment detail tab was not visible. || SFTX-1584
• Fixed Issue on the Delinquent Tax Report and the Interest Tax Report to use the same logic to calculate the subject to penalty balance. || SFTX-1674

Utility Billing

• Fixed Issue on the Itron Handheld Types where demand meters were causing the file to be truncated when sending out to the Handheld. || SFUB-2040
