Allow zero dollar fixed services on bill - toggles the ability to display zero dollar fixed services on the Utility Bill.
Divide readings by multiplier (Arista Type 2) - Visible only if the Utility bill is set to Arista Type 2. If checked (will be checked by default), will divide previous and current readings by the meter multiplier on the Arista export as is done currently. If unchecked, the previous and current readings in the Arista export will be presented as they are, without modification.
