Introduction
This screen allows user for the selected property tax bills to either add a new fixed service if it does not exist or update all or fixed services with a specific unit price to a new unit price
Explanation
Select process - Options are to Print Only or Print and Update. If Print and Update is selected user will be prompted if they wish to still update.
Select fixed service to update - This is the fixed service that will be used during processing
Select updates to be done
Action - What action is going to be executed
Add new fixed service will allow user to specify a unit price and a quantity for the fixed service being added. Only bills that do not have the fixed service will have one added. It will also allow user to specific that the calculated if mobile home is homesteaded be checked for property tax bills that are of a property tax type that is flagged as mobile home.
Update existing fixed service allow user to update the fixed service selected on existing bills. User can specify the unit price that will be used to update only bills that have the fixed service with that specific unit price. If user wishes to update all a zero value is used. User specifies what the new unit price will be
Include all - This section allows user to set filters for the data being pulled in the report if there a re no Property tax bills selected. These choices also filter the property tax bills displayed in the Property tax bills drop down.
Property tax bills - Displays property tax bills to be pulled into the report. The bills to be listed are based on the Include all settings. If none are selected here it will do the data pull based on the include all.
Calculate bills - Checking this will calculate the fixed service to the bill that was just added when prompted thus eliminating the step go into the bill(s) and calculate manually.
Reports
The report for adding fixed services will show which bills the fixed service was added to as well as which bills it was not. The report for updating shows which bills were updated.
