Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Vouchers, Print Voucher Register, Print Check Proof, Print Update AP Checks, Print Check Register and Post AP To Ledger for an "Update Only" option. This setting will allow the creation of a voucher that is being paid by credit or wire transfer. || SFAP-930 (6.122 and 6.123)

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Payroll System Settings Page 3, Payroll Enter/Edit Employee Master, Print/Update Payroll Checks and Rollback Payroll Check Update to "reset employer cost to standard on deductions tab" after a payroll run. Employer costs will also be reset after a rollback regardless of this setting. || SFPR-1904

• New Feature was added to Print Payroll Registers/Prelist for selecting to "Deposit entire amount into primary account". || SFPR-2029

• New Feature was added to the Salary tab of Payroll Enter/Edit Employee Master for Alabama to "Include in ethics report" regardless of the SEI limit. || SFPR-2059

• New Feature was added to Payroll System Settings Page 4, Payroll Enter/Edit Employee Master, Enter/Edit Earnings History and Workers Compensation Report for reporting "worker's compensation and job class codes by pay type". || SFPR-2067

Addressed Issues

Accounts Payable

• Modified Print Vendor's 1099s so that the export portion for 1099-NEC does not contain state information (even for participating states). || SFAP-1023 (6.122 and 6.123)

Bank Reconciliation

• Modified the statement end date in Create Bank Reconciliation to use the latest SQL time instead of the end-of-day time when pulling together fund ledger data. || SFBR-336

Fund Ledger

• Modified Revenue and Expenditure Report to include closed purchase orders when calculating encumbrances. || SFFL-453

Tax Collection

• Modified Tax Notices to sort receipt numbers numerically instead of alphanumerically when selecting the Receipt Number report sequence. || SFTX-2429
