6.216 - Added tool tips to 'Tier 1' and 'Tier 2' percent fields.

    - Created new group box to the right of the screen that will only be visible for Alabama customers called "Alabama Specific Settings".

Alabama Specific Settings (Only visible for Alabama customers)

  • Tier 1 percent - Should be a whole percentage amount, not a decimal (example: 20.00000 should be entered to represent 20%, do not put 0.20000). Employees with class 'Tier 1', can contribute towards retirement for overtime if their Overtime pay for the fiscal year is less than Tier 1 percent * the Annual wage on the Salary tab.

  • Tier 2 percent - Should be a whole percentage amount, not a decimal (example: 25.00000 should be entered to represent 25%, do not put 0.25000). Employees with class 'Tier 2', can contribute towards retirement for overtime if their Overtime pay for the fiscal year is less than Tier 2 percent * the Annual wage on the Salary tab.

  • SEI limit - Used in the Alabama Ethics Commission Report

When creating match/fringe account, replaces modifier with zeros

If distributing match to one location, select location

Place 9's to indicate where expenditure account changes for FICA/MEDI, retirement, and fringe
