Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to the Applicable Taxes tab for Enter/Edit Vendors to note the taxes that are active. || SFAP-1387

• New Feature was added to Vendor E-Payment Setup Tab and ACH File Layout for an "Addenda" field in the ACH setup. || SFAP-1392

• New Feature was added to Record Invoice Complete to incorporate "Assign multiple purchase orders to voucher" functionality. || SFAP-1401

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Quarterly Tax Report for the 2025 Federal 941 form. || SFPR-2812

Purchasing

• New Feature was added to Accounts Payable Page 1 System Settings, Enter/Edit Vouchers, Print Voucher Register, Print Check Proof, Print Update AP Checks, Print Check Register, Post AP To Ledger, AP Report by Account Number, AP Report by Location, Vendor Activity Report, Edit Purchase Orders and PO Purchase Requisition Status Report for an option to "Assign multiple purchase orders to a single voucher. || SFPCH-371

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Purchase Requisitions, Edit Purchase Orders and PO Routing Status Report to only show the actual reviewers when "Allow single reviewer for each sequence with multiple reviewers" is selected in PO Approval Routing for the routing stream. The requisition number sort order was also updated in the PO Routing Status Report so that 99999 was displayed before 100000. || SFPCH-404

• New Feature was added to Void Voucher/Check and Reverse Voided Voucher/Check to obtain any purchase order information from the voucher detail if "Assign multiple purchase orders to a single voucher" is selected in the AP System File. || SFPCH-408

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added for Vertexone System Settings in order to export utility data information for Vertexone. || SFUB-3642

• New Feature was added to Utility Billing System Settings to include a date range for any sewer ceilings. New Feature was also added to Calculate Report to use the standard usage when "sewer ceiling" has been selected in any corresponding rate table and the bill date falls within the sewer ceiling date range. || SFUB-3677

• Modified UB Transaction Report to include deposit payments when the payment transaction type filter was applied. || SFUB-3663
