Features and Enhancements

Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to E-Payment ACH Settings to "Use company Id for originating financial institution in ACH header" and "Use company name as originating financial institution name in ACH header". ACH File Layout was also modified to use origin name instead of destination name for the Originating Financial Institution Name in the header. || SFAP-1437

Fund Ledger

• New Feature was added to Trial Balance to allow the exclusion of inactive accounts. New feature was also added to display the fund ledger account status. || SFFL-636

• New Feature was added to Fund Ledger System File Page 1 to disable all fields except for Technical Services personnel. || SFFL-667

• New Feature was added to Voided JE Report to allow selection by Journal Entry Number and User Id. || SFFL-691

Position Control

• New Feature was added to Manage Positions to allow the Position Activity description to be up to 200 characters instead of 100 characters. || SFPC-35

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Payroll Enter/Edit Employee Master and Payroll Employee Master Sheets to include an optional "Full time hire date". || SFPR-1172

• New Features were added to New Hire Report to include Employee Id, Employment Status, full SSN and Masked SSN. || SFPR-2768

• New Feature was added to Deduction to "Automatically reset balance at year end" which is visible when "Allow a deduction ceiling" is selected. New feature was also added to Close Payroll Period to update the balance to the ceiling amount when this option is selected. || SFPR-2813

• New Feature was added to Employee Master List and Payroll Employee Master Sheets to display pay grade date. || SFPR-2841

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit User Security and Billing Criteria to allow specific users to modify the bank draft date. || SFUB-3671

• New Feature was added to Utility Billing Transaction Codes to allow selection by transaction type. || SFUB-3689
