Introduction

This report displays a list of the employee. Users may select to run the report to show the Employee ID or SSN and may sequence the report by Name, Category, Location, or Department.

Details

Filter and Display Options

  • Select report sequence (Category, Department, Location, Name)
  • Include inactive employees
  • New page for each sequence (Only enabled if Name is not selected as the sequence)
  • Include only employees terminated in current calendar year
  • Print salary
  • Print SSN instead of employee ID
  • Print email address
  • Print pay grade and pay step
  • Include all (Classes, Locations, Departments, Employees, Pay Group, Categories, Salary Class, Employee Type)
  • Print direct deposit email address
  • Print Longevity/Merit Date
