Recent Changes:  
6.181 - Added checkbox "Include department" to show the department on the print report, grid report, and text file.
- The department will add only for Non GA/AL/NC client data in the export file feature.

6.63 - Changed the dates to be a range of hire dates from one to another.

Introduction

The New Hire Report/File menu option prints a report and/or creates a file export showing employees hired from a date entered to a date entered.

Selection Criteria

Select process - Print Report, Create File, or Print Report and Create File
Include all employees with a hire date from - hire date range
Enter Employer Federal ID number
Enter Employer State ID number
Enter filename - filename and path for export
Include address - Includes the employee address on the report
Include inactives
Include department
