Business License
- New Feature was added to Business License, Enter/Edit Signatures, Enter/Edit Custom Reports and Print Business License to allow the addition of a signature for both the Standard Format and Combined Format business licenses. || SFBL-608

Tax Collection
Fixed Issue in Tax Refunds where bills that were paid after a refund date were included in the refund process. || SFTX-2214
Fixed Issue in New Owner Report where importing new owners cleared out the existing additional recipients. || SFTX-2231
Fixed Issue in Enter/Edit Property Master Detail by Tax Year where the calculate process threw an exception when there was a bill date but no previous transactions. || SFTX-2237
Utility Billing
Fixed Issue in Taxable Revenue Report where running the report sometimes slowed down the handling of cash collections that were being done at the same time. || SFUB-2613
Fixed Issue in the UB Rate Table where a demand transaction code setting for "Use No Tiers" was not fully cleared out when an alternate demand method was selected. Also replaced check boxes with radio buttons as an enhancement to allow for an easier flow during setup. || SFUB-2614
Fixed Issue in Utility Bill Print where a combined charge transaction description would show on a bill instead of the main charge transaction description when "Combine With Main Charge On Bill" was selected in the UB Rate Table. || SFUB-2632
