Recent Changes:  

6.222 - Added Emergency contact phone number to the data pull.

6.177 - Print NAICS/Class Code from the License History in the reports rather than Business Master.

6.168 - Modified the 'Standard Format' and 'Standard 2-part license with borders' license types to pull the rate and rate description associated with the license if one exists otherwise from the business master.

6.129 - Added ability to print business license report based on license type parameters    

6.109 - Added the physical city, state, and zip to from the demographics tab on the Enter/Edit Business Master screen to the Standard, Standard Combined, and Standard 2-Part licenses.

6.106 - Changed the Class in the license report to use  the License level Class/Description rather than the Business level.

6.104 - Added the "Include payment dates in criteria" checkbox and the "Include licenses with payment date" date range. This will filter based on payment transaction dates for the licenses

6.80 - Added ability to use a signature for standard and combined licenses

6.32 - Fixed an issue where the batch filters were not working properly

This report is for printing out new business licenses or reissuing old ones that have already been printed

Explanation

Report Selections

Select Report Sequence - the sorting method
Include licenses with effective date - range filter on effective date
Include payment dates in criteria - Checking/Unchecking this box enables/disables the payment date range below
Include licenses with payment date - range filter on the date the license fee was paid using transaction dates
Include transactions from batches - range filter on batches
Include License numbers - range filter on license number
Issue date - the date you are issuing the license
Print issue and expiration dates in expanded format
Include licenses that have already been printed
