Cost Allocations

• New Feature was added to Print/Create Posting Entries - Variable Rate in the way of a design modification so that un-posted account matches would be included in the cost allocation report. || SFCA-22

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Print/Update Payroll Checks for Alabama customers. Pay Step and Pay Grade are now available to be viewed on the check. || SFPR-1522
• New Feature was added to Pay Type (Payroll) in the way of a checkbox for "Is W2 correction." New feature was also added to Print W-2s to allow the printing of a W2 Corrections report and the exporting of a W2 corrections file. || SFPR-1545

Purchasing

• New Feature was added to Edit Purchase Orders to send an email to either a creator or approver when a warning note is added. There is also an option to mark warnings as completed and add a completion note. New feature was also added to Review/Approve PO Requisitions that checks to see if all warnings have been completed. || SFPCH-289

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit UB Customer in the way of a documents tab. || SFUB-2485
• New Feature was added to Aging Analysis for grid reporting functionality. || SFUB-2609

Addressed Issues

Accounts Receivable

• Modified Customer Statement where the total balance and current amount in the Aging portion of the report didn't match the main report. || SFAR-231

Cash Collections

• Modified Cash Collections Receipt Report where the column headers for the check trailer were not showing in the report. || SFCC-192

Tax Collection

• Modified Post Tax to Ledger and Commissions Payout where a distribution adjustment for Tax Ad Valorem transactions was not posting to ledger correctly for liability accounts. || SFTX-2232

Utility Billing

• Modified Upload Meter Readings from Handheld System for the AQ1 import where readings were being linked to incorrect inactive locations. || SFUB-2629
