-Fixed the Total balance and the current amount in the aging portion of the report to reflect the current balance and the current amount of the account. Also added Opening balance to the top portion of the statement so that the balance is correct. The change will be reflected on the Standard/ Monthly Activity and Invoice Format Statements.

Introduction

This screen allows the user print customer statements.

Explanation

Select report sequence - The order in which the report will appear. Options are account number, alpha sort, and zip code.

Period start date - The date for the beginning of the range of transactions.

Period end date - The date for the end of the range of transactions.

Past due date

Statement date

Aging date

Include past due items only

Include credit balances

Include statements for customers with no balance due

Omit statements for inactive customers

Include aging options

The report can also include ranges of accounts, customer categories, and billing cycles by selecting the drop downs in the Include all box.
