Introduction
A requisition retains its unapproved status until some authorized person reviews and approves the requisition. A user must have entry rights before they can “review and/or approve” a purchase requisition. A user must have equal or greater security rights in Review 1 level in user security even if they are the 2nd reviewer.
Explanation
This screen is very similar to Enter/Edit Purchase Requisitions
Purchase Requistion Tab
Review/Approve Icon - located to the left of the Purchase Requisition Number
Date - this field can be modified if user rights allow it
Cancel PO Req - Only visible to users with rights to cancel a purchase requisition. For enhanced routing, notification emails can be sent to other reviewers in the routing stream.
Review/Approve - a note field for entering comments
Return and reroute - Only visible for enhanced routing when users who did not create the purchase requisition are reviewing/approving

Changes Prior to Version 6.200
6.188 - Enabled and made read-only Vendor Email Address on Review/Approve Purchase Requisitions, and Inquire Purchase Orders screens.
6.185 - Added Vendor Email Address on the Review/Approve Purchase Requisition Detail tab.
6.127 - Added the option, through a system setting in purchasing, to default the value of a purchase order approval to today's date.
6.97 - Change to send an email to the vendor a copy of the PO if the checkbox to be sent a PO is selected for the user and the configuration file is also set up. This happens after the last approval that makes a requisition into a PO.
6.88 - Changed the approval information box to not allow wrapping on the name and to limit the length of the approval name to 30 characters.
