Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Vendors to include "S Corporation" and "LLC Partnership" in the selection for business types on Page 2. || SFAP-1223

Business License

• New Feature was added to Invoice Status Report, Print Invoices, Delinquent Account Processing and Print Business License to display the NAICS code from the business license instead of defaulting to the NAICS code on the business master. || SFBL-845

• New Feature was added to Print Applications to display the NAICS code from the business license unless "Print Applications from Business Master" is set to "True" in the configuration items. || SFBL-845

Fixed Assets

• New Feature was added to Depreciation Schedule for an option to "Show acquisition date and cost". New Feature was also added to allow for an output to a grid. || SFFA-165

• Modified Void Printed Invoices to only look at "AR" transactions when creating a reverse entry. || SFAR-326

• Modified Enter Multiple Payments for Business License to create transactions for each payment type. || SFBL-850

• Modified Alabama Ethics Commission Report so that an application error was not created for employees with no gross wages. || SFPR-2485

• Modified Retirement File/Report - Alabama to handle multiple checks for the same date for a single employee. || SFPR-2486

• Modified Retirement File/Report - Alabama to calculate a lump sum for entries with the same Payment Reason Code regardless of pay rate. || SFPR-2489

Utility Billing

• Modified Utility Bill Print so that service code read type errors were not created when displaying Harris Print and Mail Standard electronic bills. || SFUB-3302
