Business License

• New Feature was added to Additional Fee/Tax and Fees & Taxes Enter/Edit Transactions to hide or show accounts with inactive fees/taxes. || SFBL-906

• New Feature was added to Import Dependents to include a reporting year selection and remove logic for checking for duplicates. || SFIB-377

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Workers Compensation Report to allow for an output to a grid. || SFPR-2580

• New Feature was added to Database Audit Report to include the Employee Checks (pr158) table. || SFPR-2615

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Custom Reports to include pay rate in the standard check with top and bottom stubs. || SFPR-2638

• New Feature was added to Quarterly Tax Report to include the Federal 941 form for 2024. || SFPR-2640

Personnel

• New Feature was added to Staff Audit and Personnel Master Reports to allow filtering by supervisor. || SFPE-80

Tax Collection

• New Feature was added to Tax Collection System Settings to remove the "Use transaction code for refunds" option on the Payments tab and make it the default setting in Tax Refunds. Overpayments will no longer be required to be posted to ledger before a refund is issued and the transaction code selection drop-down will now only show adjustments. || SFTX-2619

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to UB Deposits Tab to display a "Void Deposit" option if the deposit transaction is set to automatically record a payment. || SFUB-3480

• New Feature was added to Daily Balance System Settings to include connection Id and meter location Id in the Dropcountr export. || SFUB-3481

• New Feature was added to Transfer Meter Readings to Handheld System for the Neptune 360 Handheld to include meter install date. || SFUB-3502

• New Feature was added to Bill Run Wizard: Delinquent Report/Late Charges to use Alternate Mail Address from Enter/Edit UB Customer if it is active. || SFUB-3482

Addressed Issues

Fund Ledger

• Modified Budget Reports so that records will be displayed when "Print original budget instead of current amount" is selected and there is an original budget amount but no remaining balance. || SFFL-642

Utility Billing

• Modified Enter/Edit UB Customer Demographics Tab and Alternate Mail Address Tab to include validation for the zip code. Bill Run Errors was also updated to check for invalid zip codes. || SFUB-3506
