6.226 - Changed the logic to export the meter note from Enter/Edit Meter Master to the note field for handheld type J if the handheld is setup to Include meter note.
6.216 - Changed the logic, when exporting meter readings for Neptune 360, to ensure that active locations were considered first for location status purposes.
6.204 - Modified to populate the meter install date for Handheld type 'Neptune 360'.
6.184 - Changed the process to allow for a current reading greater than 2147483646.
6.169 - These change only apply for Type Z
- Modifications to include demand indicator "D" to account number if system setting is turned on.
- Modifications to default settings for determining demand types if Demand indicator and/or Extra line read type is not set in the system file.
- Correction to extra row for demand to ensure demand readings and number of decimals are appearing on the second row.
6.150 - Added logic for if the checkbox for 'Use current as previous if billed' is set on the Handheld settings it will use the current reading as the previous reading if the last meter reading on a meter was billed at the time of transferring readings to Handheld.

Introduction
Information from the database can be exported to a Handheld system based on the chosen handheld type. Additional customization for the chosen Handheld type can be found within the Utility Billing System File.
Explanation
Fields found on the "Transfer Meter Readings to Handheld System" screen:
Current handheld type - Select which Handheld type format will be used to transfer information to Handheld software
Data filtering
Route/Sequence option: Selecting this option will limit results to routes and sequences within the specified min and max values. The "Routes" and "Sequences" min/max fields are hidden when the Billing cycles option is selected.
Routes - Range of routes to narrow which meters will be sent to the Hand held
Sequences - Range of sequences to narrow which meters will be sent to the Hand held (disabled for Beacon)Billing cycles option: Selecting this option will limit results to the specified billing cycles. The "Billing cycles" combo box is hidden by default when loading the screen, and for as long as the Route/Sequence option is selected.
Billing Cycles - The drop down list box allows for all cycles to be selected or a collection of cycles to be selected
Select only
Installed meters - Selecting this option will limit results to meters with a status of "Active", "Inactive", and "Locked"; the three statuses representing a meter in an installed state.
Active meters - Selecting this option will limit results to meters with a status of "Active" (disabled for Beacon)
Inactive meters - Selecting this option will limit results to meters with a status of "Inactive" or "Locked" (disabled for Beacon)
Additional filters
Meter style - Selecting a value will limit the results to meters with the selected meter style. Options include "Unknown", "Manual", "AMR", and "AMI" (disabled for Beacon).
Service code read type - Selecting a value will limit the results to meters with a meter service matching a service code containing the selected read type. Options include any service code read type added within the Service Code Read Types parameter screen.
Meter read code - Selecting a value will limit the results to meters with the selected reader code. Options include any value entered on a meter within the Enter/Edit Meter Master screen within the "Reader code" field, regardless of meter status (disabled for Beacon).
Handheld Options
These options are disabled until a handheld type is selected.
File - The file that will contain the exported information. This value is populated automatically from the Utility Billing System File settings for the selected handheld type. Clicking the button at the end of the field allows the user to select a different export file.
IHP route ID - The IHP route ID that appears within the export file for some handheld types. Required to contain a value and have a value greater than 0 in order to create the export file. This value is populated automatically from the Utility Billing System File settings for the selected handheld type.
Scheduled read date - The scheduled date that new meter readings will occur on. Required to have a value in order to create the export file.
Use location notes instead of meter notes - Replaces the "Note" field within the export file from the location's notes with the meter's notes. (Visible and enabled with Handheld type 'Z' only)

Changes Prior to Version 6.150
6.130 - for BEACON handheld types, added an option to only retrieve the latest extension number for a meter. Also added the option to include vacancies. These are located in the UB System File under "Handheld"
6.60 - Fixed issue for Handheld type S(Neptune Equinox) dropping the PRM(Premise Detail Record) record when there are sequential locations with same account number
6.55 - Added Beacon handheld option
6.53 - Modified the logic to send the average usage for calculations for the high reading and low reading. Before it was sending the previous reading.
