Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to Vendor Activity Report for a Council Report which displays a summary line for each vendor. || SFAP-1222

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Charges to prevent a user from trying to save a charge without a transaction code. || SFUB-3297

Fund Ledger

• New Feature was added to the Encumbrance Detail for Budget Reports to exclude invoices after the current period end date for closed purchase orders. || SFFL-590

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Payroll for a Global Update Of Salary Accounts under the Maintenance menu. || SFPR-2416

• New Feature was added to Quarterly Tax Report for 2023 Federal 941 and 941B forms. || SFPR-2464

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Post Utility Billing to Ledger to include the Customer Account Number when an invalid fund ledger account is found. || SFUB-3297

Addressed Issues

Cash Collections

• Modified Cash Collections Receipt Report to include receipts that had dates with a time stamp when "T" (today) was used for the beginning and ending date selections. || SFCC-415

• Modified Daily Receipt Report (Cash Collections) to exclude the day before the start date for receipts that had a date with a time stamp. || SFCC-415

Payroll / Personnel

• Modified Birthday or Anniversary List/Labels to allow the printing of labels after a recent update on how the age is displayed in the reports. || SFPR-2482

Utility Billing

• Modified Bill Run Errors to catch arithmetic overflow errors for usage. A message box will be displayed as well as an exception report. || SFUB-3295
