Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to Accounts Payable Page 1 System Settings and Enter/Edit Vouchers for an option to not default the pay group to last voucher entered. || SFAP-1084

• New Feature was added to Accounts Payable E-Payment ACH Settings to clarify "Create export file" as "Create export file for notification". || SFAP-1170

Business License

• New Feature was added to Municipal Association of South Carolina Export for the DBA Name to be the Alternate Business Name. || SFBL-821

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Employee Master List to print the direct deposit email address. New feature was also added to Payroll Employee Master Sheets to include both the email address and the direct deposit email address in the report. || SFPR-2399

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Customer Master Report in order to reduce the time it took to generate a full report. "Include actives" was updated from active customers to active customer locations and "Include inactives" was updated from inactive customers to inactive customer locations. || SFUB-3203

• New Feature was added to Bill Run Wizard, Utility Billing Journal, Enter Single Payment and Enter Multiple Payments to populate Budget Billing Amounts in the transaction table with budget billing amounts for budget billing customers and actual amounts for non-budget billing customers. || SFUB-3225

Addressed Issues

Accounts Payable

• Modified Print Update AP Checks so that an error would not occur when an ACH notification was exported and checks with signatures were also printed. || SFAP-1170

Fixed Assets

• Modified Acquisitions/Transfers/Disposals Report so that a report filter could be saved. || SFFA-158

Payroll

• Modified Leave Detail Report to pull data for the calendar year in the report selections instead of the dates stored in the Payroll System File. || SFPR-2401

Tax Collection

• Modified Delinquent Tax Report to exclude tax properties with a zero balance at the time of the selected delinquent date. || SFTX-2576

• Modified Tax Transaction Report so that records with a time stamp would be included when a single date was selected. || SFTX-2577

Utility Billing

• Modified Utility Billing General Settings and Billing Criteria to include validation for high usage (cannot be zero or negative) and low usage (must be between -1 and -100). || SFUB-3227

• Modified Update Billing Information so that the last unbilled reading would only be included if it was the most recent reading. || SFUB-3228
