6.225 
- Added functionality for the begin date and end date to make on hold flag on and off in the bill run

6.224 - Fixed the electronic bill pdf file format on the bill run.

6.216 - Added functionality to allow fixed services that are zero to be printed on the bill when "Allow zero dollar fixed services on bill" checkbox is checked in UB system file. 

6.209 - Added 10 new fields TransCodeDesc1', 'TransCodeDesc2', 'TransCodeDesc3', 'TransCodeDesc4', 'TransCodeDesc5', 'TransAmount1', 'TransAmount2', 'TransAmount3', 'TransAmount4' and 'TransAmount5'  to the data pull for bills ( needed for a custom UB Bill for Dale, AL)

6.203 - Updated the "settle up" tax calculations for Budget Billing to be the tax rate * corresponding "settle up" for the service

- Fixed an issue that was causing an "out of memory" exception for large data sets when printing utility bills that included bar codes.  
- Added automatic cleanup to rollback and transactions in progress tables. 

6.166 - Removed connections to the BudgetBilledItem table for the Calc procedure; Added a second data pull for the Billing Journal for Budget Billing 

6.162 - Fixed an issue where applied deposits for good service were not being saved

6.152 - Corrected logic when creating UB tax transactions to ensure no duplicate transactions are created.

6.150 - New logic has been implemented to increase the budget billing contract amount after X months by X percent (based on configuration in the Utility Billing General Settings).

Changes Prior to Version 6.150

6.148 - Added total number of bills printed count after deducting the omitted bills count in Wizard Screen.

6.135 - Fixed an issue where the taxes for Fixed Services were applied multiple times when duplicate transaction numbers existed.   

6.128 - Added logic to 'Apply deposit' if the customer has not been delinquent or on the disconnect list for the number of days specified in the 'Number of days not on delinquent or disconnect' and the number of times they have been on delinquent/disconnect is less than or equal to the 'Number of times on delinquent'/'Number of days on disconnect' setting in the system file. The deposit will be applied only if 'Number of days not on delinquent or disconnect' is a value greater than 0.  

6.126 - Meter readings can now display up to the max value for  10 digit values.

- Added Milner Image director tab to the documents portion of the bill run wizard
- added the zip file functionality to the calculate report and the bill printouts.

- Added logic to the calculate report to not bill a minimum charge on a changed out meter that has been put in inventory 
6.99 - Update the process flow to behave as follows, if a bill run has made it past the Update Billing Information section (checked and has a completion date), one will have to do a rollback on the bill run in order to recalculate. All other functionality remains the same.

- Updated the logic for clearing the TransactionInProgress table; Reminder bills associated with the selected bill run will be removed as well as any records which have a CompletedBillRunDate in the ProcessState table  
- Added logic to filter reminder bills by billing cycle if the system setting located on the General > Bills tab called "Filter reminder bills by cycle" is selected  

6.90 
- Updated logic for calculating tabled demand:
-Only apply percentage to historical Actual Demand Usage. We will then compare the highest within the set number of months with the current Actual Demand Usage to determine which of the two is higher and use that value. 
- Using Current Billing Date rather than Current Run Date to determine how far back to go when taking highest actual demand.

6.87 
- Made a change where a customer cannot be past due over charges they have never been billed on before.
- Fixed an issue where average usage was being calculated as null and never pointing out that there could be a potential high usage. 

6.82 - Updated the calculate report script to not exclude any data when "Exceptions" is chosen in output options.

6.73 - The current reading and the usage on the Billing Journal and the Utility Bill ( Standard Full page/ Post Cards and Standard Harris Print and Mail) have been modified to pull the demand reading and demand usage on the Billing Journal and Utility Bill only for Demand Meters that have a rate table set up to have a separate demand transaction code . 

6.71 - Fixed Update Billing Report / Billing Journal and the Standard Utility bill full page / Standard Utility Bill Harris Print and Mail Full Page and Standard Postcards to pull 4 decimal places for Demand Usage.

6.70 
- Fixed issue where the report name was not descriptive when exporting to PDF, Excel, Word or Text for Utility Billing Journal and UB Bills ( Changed only Standard Utility Bills Full page  and Standard Utility bills Postcard)
- Process Fixed Services Report will now show taxes for fixed services.

6.69 - Added documents to the bill run wizard. These documents work the way SmartFusion saves documents in other places in the software. The documents are saved on a bill run by bill run basis.
