Recent Changes:
6.220 - Made a change to default the Select process to 'Create File' if Enrollment File is checked, since no report is created for Enrollments.
6.208 - Added 'Report Sequence' with options as Name/SSN visible for Non-enrollment file.
6.201 - Updated the contribution file layout to split RSA-1 contributions into Pre-Tax / Post-Tax.
6.189 - Modified the Alabama Retirement Report to pull the actual pay rates associated with the payroll the Retirement Report is being ran for.

- Corrected issue where the employee contribution was not calculating correctly for employee(s) who had multiple checks for the same date with one check for Regular, Overtime and another for Pensionable lump sum Longevity.
- Also fixed an issue where there were multiple lines for the same payment reason code with different pay rates
6.170 - Corrected issue where the employee contribution was not calculating correctly for employee(s) who had multiple checks for the same date,and the check for for Lump Sum/Longevity was generated before the one for regular pay.

Selection Criteria
Select process - Create File, Print & Create File (default), Print Only
Enrollment File - if checked will create the enrollment file.
Report sequence - Name/SSN is visible if 'Enrollment file' is not checked and Select process id "Print Only' or 'Print & Create File' and will default to Name. If a user does have the setting to 'Access to edit social security number and tax id' then it will default to Name and will be disabled.
Select output option - Detail (displays the amounts for each individual employee) or Totals only
Include employees - Retired, Non-Retired, or Both (default)
Pay Group
Enter period to report - for Enrollment File - This option determines the date range to be selected for the payroll check
Enter pay date to report - for Non-Enrollment File; The "From" pay date is selected by the user; The "To" pay date is the payroll run pay date
IRS retirement limit
Enter ERS/TRS/JRF unit code - This is required to format the ERS/RSA-1 file correctly.
Enter Directory - This option determines where the file is saved to.
Note: Alabama RSA customers only: On the employee master screen, there is a check box to choose if the employee is contributing. The user can also select a contribution group for RSA.
