Cash Collections

• New Feature was added to Cash Collections Receipt Report to include tax year and bill number for tax payments. || SFTX-2397

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Cash Receipts to allow searching by Deposit Note. || SFFL-428

• New Feature was added to Birthday or Anniversary List/Labels to display decimal years as well as the "As of" date. || SFPR-2040

• New Feature was added to Permit Report to allow the displaying of the property city, state and zip code in the report. || SFPM-281

• New Feature was added to Project Job Report to allow the selection of "Include all prior years." || SFPJ-145

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Updated Transaction Rollback - Utility Billing to clear out the completion for the rollback of Delinquent/Late Charges when the client is NOT set up to allow the delinquent process to run multiple times. Also added new feature to clear out the completion for the rollback of Disconnect Charges when the client is NOT set up to allow the disconnect process to run multiple times. || SFUB-2897

Accounts Payable

• Modified AP Check Update Rollback to clear a posting flag when a voided and posted check is rolled back. || SFAP-999

Bank Reconciliation

• Modified Create Bank Reconciliation to include checks that have a time stamp on their check date when reconciling checks. || SFBR-334

Cash Collections

• Modified Receipt Types (Cash Collections) so that new receipt types for the "MS" module could be created without a transaction code. || SFCC-377

Fund Ledger

• Modified the calculations of encumbrances in Detail Account Inquiry to include purchase orders that have been closed. || SFFL-460

Payroll

• Modified Employee Deduction Report to allow multiple notes of the same type to be displayed without increasing the total deduction amounts for those employees. Also added a new feature to "Display additional notes." || SFPR-2071

• Modified Print/Update Payroll Checks to include pay types with a W2 pay type of Box 14 in labor history. || SFPR-2098
