- Added an object to the report sequences
- Added a checkbox for subtotal by fiscal year and report will now show a subtotal for fiscal year when the checkbox is checked.

6.127 - Changed logic to look at the system number and the Journal Entry number when pulling the posting reference to avoid duplicate entries.

Introduction

Detail account inquiry report shows the transactions for each account. There are up to 3 sequencing options users may select to group data on the report. User can also choose to print the detail account inquiry report in summary form.

Report Selections

  • Report sequence - determines the sorting and grouping of the report.There are 3 sorting levels allowed. Sorting sequences available are by Account/Department/Fund/Location/Modifier/Object
  • Fiscal year start date - groups the revenues, expenditures, and other transactions after the other report sequences.
  • Enter Range to Include -

    • Posting Date - Beginning and ending Posting date
    • Criteria number - Beginning and ending criteria number
    • Select by module - Beginning and ending module codes.
  • Print batch number -
  • Print user id
  • Print notes - Prints the deposit note for the fund ledger detail when checked
  • Print voucher line description
  • Print JE posting reference- If checked will print the Posting Reference of the Journal Entry Master if the JE Detail also has a posting reference.It will not be visible if users are set up to have Journal entry numbers assigned by user.
  • Include accounts with no activity - Active accounts only
  • Include all accounts
  • Include inactive accounts with zero balance that have activity
  • Include government wide transactions
  • Subtotal by day
  • Subtotal by month
  • Subtotal by fiscal year
  • Summarize checks
  • New page for each sequence -
  • Print summary account inquiry - Prints the summary report (when checked the Print batch number/user id/notes/voucher line description/JE posting reference are all disabled)
