Introduction

This report can be used to present the user with information in various ways regarding permitting information such as total amounts paid, the status of a permit, and customer information regarding the permit.

Explanation

Report Selections Tab

  • Select report sequence
  • Select output option

Filters

  • Permit Numbers
  • Permit date
  • Street number/Name
  • Unit
  • Include heated sq ft
  • Include unheated sq ft
  • Include total sq ft

Report Options

  • Print notes on report
  • Print contractor information on report
  • Include unprinted permits only
  • Include permits with a balance only
  • Print each permit on a separate page
  • Exclude voided permits from report totals
  • Print rate/charge summary then pick whether to summarize on rate or on charge
  • Print property city, state, and zip
  • Include structural components
  • Show structural components on a single line - visible when "Display Grid" and "Include structural components" selected

Filter information further by the following categories:

  • Permit class
  • Owners
  • Construction type
  • Status
  • Project

This report includes a display grid feature which can report information to the user within SmartFusion and allows the user to present and/or export the information the way they want to. Once this option is checked and printed, information displays in the grid panel and a user can select add/remove columns, move columns, and right click to export to grid.

This form allows the user to save a filter which is at the bottom of the form. Right click on the filter field and you can save current filter. This can be combined with grid reporting to save exactly what the user had set in the grid.

Troubleshooting

A user is allowed to set up a custom report to present the information they want to. If the user is unable to print, there may be a network related issue to the file path of the custom report or the system file option is not set up to the correct report.
