Fixed Assets

• New Feature was added to Post Fixed Assets to Ledger to display "Depreciation from date" instead of "Depreciation ending date". || SFFA-192

Fund Ledger

• New Feature was added to Journal Entry Import File Definition and Import Ledger Detail from ASCII to include Project Job for clients that have the Project Reporting License. || SFFL-738

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Pay Type Report to allow the selection of "Location" as a second report sequence. || SFPR-2911

Personnel

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Personnel Master to allow the selection of "Safety" and "CDL" on the General tab. New Feature was also added to Random Drug Pool Report to allow filtering for employees flagged as "Safety" or "CDL". || SFPE-101

Addressed Issues

Accounts Payable

• Modified Enter/Edit Vouchers to disable the "Select All/Deselect All" functionality for sales tax if the voucher had already been paid. || SFAP-1460

Payroll

• Modified Enter Hours/Pay Temporary File, Time and Attendance Import/Export, Kronos Import/Export and Import EMMA to Temp Pay to reference "Number of decimals for pay rate" in the Payroll System File (Page 3). || SFPR-2929

• Modified Print/Update Payroll Checks to reset the current amount for a deduction to the standard amount after a payroll run if no deduction ceiling exists. || SFPR-2931

Utility Billing

• Modified Budget Billing Comparison to display the contract charges for the bill date instead of just the contract amount. Updated the column header for "Account Balance" to be "Actual minus Contract" to reflect the calculation. Updated "Settle-Up Amount" to represent "To Date" instead of just the bill date. Updated the report to UX standards. || SFUB-3797
