Introduction
Temporary pay is a place where users can set up salary accounts that may be updated to the Enter/Edit Employee Master salary accounts. Imports processes like TCP first come to this form so users may verify before updating payroll.
Explanation
"Zero Regular Pay" - When selected, and the Print Reports/Update Temporary Pay to Payroll is run, this option will loop through all of an employee's Salary Accounts subtract the standard amount from the current amount then add the value set in the Pay Temporary Entry for each employee.
Incentive pay types will be automatically calculated so there is no need to enter them on this screen. The incentive pay types will be excluded from the Pay Type combo box
Configuration Note: This option can also be set when Time and Attendance data is imported to Temporary Pay.
