6.190 - Updated the logic for when Budget Billing is Activated

Introduction

This report compares the actual charges to the budget billed charges for budget billing customers. It should be run after each billing to verify actual charges vs. contract charges.

Selection Criteria

Select report sequence - Customer Name (default), Account Number and Alpha Sort
Minimum settle-up amount to include - defaulted to -999,999 to reflect that negative settle-up amounts can exist
Minimum number of months on budget billing
Billing date
Enter range to include:

From route To route

Include finalized customers only

Include All - Account name, Billing cycle and Master code
