Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to Accounts Payable System File and Print Update AP Checks to allow the creation of PDF check copies with a "COPY" label. || SFAP-1333

Cash Collections

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit User Security and Void Receipts to allow the changing of the void date. || SFCC-442

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Payroll Enter/Edit Employee Master and SC Quarterly Wage Export File Format (CSV) to include Standard Occupational Class codes for South Carolina. || SFPR-2591

• New Feature was added to Payroll Enter/Edit Employee Master and SC Quarterly Wage Export File Format (CSV) to include "Hours Worked" in the state unemployment export. || SFPR-2624

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit User Security and Void UB Receipts to allow the changing of the void date. The default void date was updated to be the transaction date unless another void date is specified. || SFUB-3490

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit UB Customer Locations Tab, Bill Run Wizard and Bill Run Errors to check for any tax transactions that do not have a transaction code. || SFUB-3495

Addressed Issues

Bank Reconciliation

• Modified Create Bank Reconciliation so that voided E-Payments would appear when the bank reconciliation is first created. The filter for voided E-Payments was also updated to only include voids after the statement end date. || SFBR-428

Utility Billing

• Modified UB Deposits Tab to only look at payments against a deposit when determining if a deposit is active. Finalized Customer Report was also updated to limit the data entered for pay group to three characters. || SFUB-3484
