Accounts Payable

• New Feature was added to Print Vendor's 1099s to allow the designation of a top and left margin for all of the 1099 forms. || SFAP-1210

Business License

• New Feature was added to E-Verify License Report Export to include all businesses in the reports and note which businesses are not exempt and do not have an E-Verify number. Report formatting for the regular and SAVE (Georgia clients only) reports was also updated to UX standards. || SFBL-832

• New Feature was added to Municipal Association of South Carolina Payment Import to include License Identifier and DBA Name as new fields for the import process. || SFBL-834

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Pay Type Report to allow the selection of "Summary" as an output option when "Name" is selected as the first report sequence. || SFPR-2439

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Earnings History to save an employee's department during a payroll run. New Feature was also added to Total Payroll Costs Report to reference this new field when determining an employee's department. || SFPR-2440

• New Feature was added to Import Special Compensation to include an employer's fica wages. || SFPR-2450

Tax Collection

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Adjustments to allow the selection of a Bank Reconciliation deposit batch for transactions where the credit account is a cash account set up in the Bank Reconciliation module. New Feature was also added to Import Deposits by Deposit Date to include Tax Adjustments. || SFTX-2587

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Enter/Edit User Security and Utility Bill Print to allow bill re-printing in UB. New feature was also added to Rollback Billing Run to delete any previously saved bills during the rollback process. || SFUB-3253

• New Feature was added to UB Disconnect List to allow filtering by Location Zone. || SFUB-3263

• New Feature was added to Upload Meter Readings from Handheld System for the Beacon handheld to import meter readings for meters that have alphanumeric meter serial numbers. || SFUB-3275

All Modules

• New Feature was added to Email Monitor to limit the number of details to the most recent 2000 emails when "Include sent emails" is selected. || SFSYS-184

Addressed Issues

Cash Collections

• Modified Enter Multiple Payments to include all license histories for a single license when saving payments. The license history grid was also updated to show the correct balance when payments already exist. Validation was added to ensure that "Post transactions to FL" was selected in the Business License System Settings. || SFCC-412

• Modified Void Receipts to restrict previously added logic for Business License to payments that were made in the Business License module where "Post transactions to FL" was NOT selected in the Business License System Settings. || SFCC-412
