Introduction

This screen is used by South Carolina clients to import business license payments for Municipal Association of South Carolina.

Select filename - Required

Deposit Date / Batch - Only visible if Bank Rec is enabled in the license file. Required if "All payments require a deposit" is checked in Bank Reconciliation System File.

Exception Report

An exception report will print if the system is unable to process any of the payment records. The following error messages may occur and must be corrected before processing the payments:

  • Multiple licenses exist for license year [EffectiveYear] - [EndYear].
  • Could not determine license year: [EffectiveYear] - [EndYear].
  • No license found for license year [EffectiveYear] - [EndYear]
