Cash Receipts

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Tax Table Update, State Tax Tables and Print/Update Payroll Checks to add Texas as a state. || SFPR-2006

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Utility Billing General Settings, Utility Billing Payment, Enter Single Payment and Enter Multiple Payments to allow the displaying of a 30-60 day past due amount on the UB payment screens. || SFUB-2734

Fund Ledger

• Modified the encumbrance calculation in Budget Reports to distinguish between accrual and non-accrual vouchers for closed purchase orders. || SFFL-496

Payroll

• Modified Retirement File/Report - Alabama to calculate the total employee contributions when an employee has received two checks on the same day. || SFPR-2174

• Modified Print Payroll Registers/Prelist to apply a minimum FICA Wage and minimum Medicare Wage of $10.01 as filters when FICA & Medicare withholding are adjusted to match the federal 941 withholdings. || SFPR-2178

Tax Collection

• Modified Enter/Edit Property Master Detail by Tax Year to update the "ytotasmnt" field in the ar110a table when assessments have been changed and saved. This was to avoid the need for a double-save to update levies. || SFTX-2466

Utility Billing

• Modified Utility Bill Print for the Standard Utility Bills Export to note the "Store readings multiplied by multiplier" setting in the UB System File. || SFUB-3022

• Modified Bill Run Wizard to fix an issue where the taxes for Fixed Services were applied multiple times when duplicate transaction numbers existed. || SFUB-3023
