Accounts Payable
  • New Feature added to allow documents to be viewed in Inquire Vouchers. || SFAP-575
Payroll
  • New Feature added to the Retirement File/Report to Export contribution files using the new file format specified by the RSA for Alabama Customers. Part of creating these files is a new parameter that has been added called Contribution Group. As part of the install process this table will get populated automatically. Each employee must be associated to a group by going into the Payroll Enter/Edit Employee Master on the General Tab and selecting the Group that the Employee is part of. You must also select whether they are contributing or not. THIS MUST BE DONE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES!!! || SFPR-1223 || SFPR-1248 || SFPR-1250
  • New Feature added to the Revenue and Expenditure Report to allow for a fourth sequence and to add page breaks after each sequence. || SFFL-267
Utility Billing
  • New Feature added to the Taxable Revenue Report to Group the report by Location Zone. || SFUB-2066
  • New Feature added to allow Billing Office Information to be added and used when printing bills and Delinquent Notices as a remit to Address. ||SFUB-1828
  • New Feature added to pick a standard print and mail bill when printing bills under the Utility Bill Print option in the billing wizard. || SFUB-2086

Addressed Issues

Accounts Payable
  • Addressed Issue where emails were not being sent for E-payments when running the Print Update AP Checks || SFAP-465
Business License
  • Modified Print Business License where batch numbers were not being filtered properly when running the report. ||SFBL-149
Cash Collections
  • Modified Enter Multiple Payments screen where certain controls would not appear when you first went into the screen. If you tried to exit the screen controls were not available to do so and the only way to get out of the screen was to do a Ctrl+Alt+Del and end the task.
Payroll
  • Modified Create GEBCorp Payroll Deduction File where the Pay amounts were pulling gross wages instead of subject to retirement wages. We also fixed an issue in the file where the header record was not being produced. || SFPR-1251 || SFPR-1265
  • Modified the Create Employer Fringe Posting File where monthly Employer Deductions were not being put into labor history. ||SFPR-1252
Tax Collections
  • Modified Tax Digest Report where the totals for Real, Personnel and Exemptions were not being displayed properly. || SFTX-1821
