Insurance and Benefits

• New features were added to IRS Forms 1094-B and 1095-B to generate Work files for 1094-B and 1095-B submissions. The schemas for the xml online submissions were updated for 2016 reporting year and printing of 1094-B and 1095-B IRS Forms were redesigned to pull data from the ACA Work files.

Tax Collections

• New feature added in the Enter/Edit Property Master to display Property and Bill Notes. You can control whether or not the notes display first when entering the bill detail by a new setting in User Preferences. The system will add notes automatically for Notices, FIFA, and Special letters. This can be controlled by turning on system generate notes in the Tax Collection System Settings under parameters by selecting which system notes to generate. ||SFTX-1623

Accounts Payable

• Fixed an issue in the Print Check Register where the Pay Group filter was not functioning properly ||SFAP-608
• Fixed an issue in the Print Check Register if the blank cash account in the cash account drop down was selected all cash accounts would be used in the filter ||SFAP-609
• Fixed an issue in Print Update AP Checks when creating SPS Export files some information was not being properly formatted and vendor number was incorrect ||SFAP-613

Utility Billing

• Fixed an issue where number of dials set to zero on meters was causing an issue on the Billing Journal ||SFUB-2007
