• New Feature was added to Enter Single Payment to exclude an unwanted warning about exemptions for the Standard Tax Bill receipt. || SFCC-464

• New Feature was added to Database Audit Report to include the Purchase Order detail table (in103) and the Purchase Order item account distribution table (in104). || SFSYS-224

Tax Collection

• New Feature was added to Payments tab of Tax Collection General Settings to select "Include fixed services for discount calculation". Enter/Edit Payments, Enter Single Payment, Enter Multiple Payments and Standard Harris Printing Export Tax Notice were all updated to look at this setting when discounts are being applied. || SFTX-2682

Accounts Payable

• Modified AP Report by Account Number to display all detail records even if they match other records within the same account. || SFAP-1442

Fund Ledger

• Modified Revenue and Expenditure Report to display the correct year-to-date budget amount for the grid report. || SFFL-718

Utility Billing

• Modified UB Delinquent Notice Export for Arista to display the correct service address, service begin date, service end date, past due amount, due after date, number of days usage, actual balance and OCR scan line for duplicate notices. || SFUB-3775

All Modules

• Modified SmartFusion Login Authentication to set the correct "Modified By" User Id when logging in and logging out of SmartFusion. || SFSYS-231
