- New Feature was added to Email Monitor to have all PO Routing emails sent immediately. Updated all emails to have a future send date/time. || SFPCH-343

- New Feature was added to Adjustment Wizard to allow a user to "Adjust Charges". New feature was also added to Tax Transaction Report to allow filtering and grouping by Reason Code. || SFTX-2560

New Feature was added to Utility Bill Print to allow the printing of the bar code on the Standard Harris Print and Mail bill. || SFUB-3195
