Introduction

The purpose of this form is to be able to print Employee master sheets.

Selection Criteria

Select Report Sequence - Five report sequences are available

  • Category
  • Class
  • Department
  • Location
  • Name - default

Years of experience to print

  • All
  • Budget Prep
  • Organization
  • Total - default - The system will use the "Years of experience based on rehire date" setting in Payroll System Settings Page 3 to calculate this value.

Include inactive Employees - If checked pulls inactive Employees.

Run for prior history date - a valid date is required

Include on report

  • Deductions
  • Leave
  • Direct Deposit
  • All Employee Notes
  • Salary Account Distribution - Includes current setup only with no historical information
  • Hours daily and rate
  • Signature lines
  • Include SSN on report
  • Specific Employee Notes - will pull Payroll notes and Personnel notes with Note titles that are flagged to be 'Shared with Payroll'.

Changes Prior to Version 6.160

6.133 - Updated logic for Total Years of Experience to use new system setting for "Years of experience based on rehire date". 
6.109 - Added employee notes to the grid reporting functionality which can be viewed by clicking the plus and expanding the master line of the report
