Features and Enhancements

Cash Collections

• New Feature was added to the Enter Single Payment and the Enter Multiple Payments screens to the view history section to display the payment date to make it easier to identify payments to be voided. || SFTX-1760

Payroll

• Modifications were made to the Create GEBCorp Payroll Deduction File to allow for 401(a) Employer Match Contributions to be reported. Deduction rates were also added to report any of the deductions that are setup with a computation method of either percentage of net or percentage of gross. || SFPR-1239

Tax Collections

• New Feature was added to the Enter Single Payment, Enter Multiple Payments and the Enter/Edit Property Master Detail by Tax Year screens to allow a user to assign Tag Numbers for Mobile Home bill types. || SFTX-1746

Utility Billing

• Modified Type C Itron Handheld Setup to allow a substitution for the Electric Meter type in the reading record. The default value for this is "KW". You can now substitute this with any value for example "KWH". || SFUB-2077

Addressed Issues

Fixed Assets

• Addressed an issue with Beginning and Ending balance totals in the Depreciation Schedule where the report was ran for a single department and an asset had a transfer from a department not in the range of departments specified. || SFFA-50

Purchasing

• Addressed an issue where a user without approval rights makes a change to a PO in the Edit Purchase Orders and the PO would not go back through the approval routing correctly. || SFPCH-226

Tax Collections

• Addressed an issue where Mobile Home Tax Bills needed the ability to have a different location, district or subdivision on each bill if the mobile home was moved. This issue was fixed in the Enter/Edit Property Master Detail by Tax Year and in the Enter-Edit Property Master. || SFTX-1776
• Addressed an issue where the tab order on the Enter/Edit Property Master Detail by Tax Year was tabbing to hidden controls and it appeared to not tab as expected. || SFTX=1780
