Fleet Management

Configuration is required before using the Fleet Management module. View Fleet Management System File for more information on the setup.

The following fields will only be visible if the Fleet Management module is enabled in the license file:

  • Is synced to Fleet Management (combo box in search criteria) -

"All" will return all fixed assets, regardless of whether they have been synced to Fleet Management.

"Yes" will return only the fixed assets that have been synced.

"No" will return only the fixed assets that have not yet been synced.

  • Sync to Fleet Management (button at the top of the page) - This button will sync all fixed assets listed in the search results. Before syncing, a confirmation message will appear, showing how many fixed assets will be synced. Fixed assets that have already been synced will be updated, not duplicated, ensuring data consistency during bulk sync.

  • Sync to Fleet Management on save (checkbox) - If unchecked, the fixed asset will not be synced when the user saves it. If checked, it will sync the fixed asset to Fleet Management upon saving.

  • Is synced to Fleet Management (checkbox) - This field is informational and will always be disabled - Indicates whether the fixed asset has been synced to Fleet Management. If unchecked, the fixed asset will be added or updated in Fleet Management when synced. The checkbox will be automatically updated after the sync is complete.
