-Fixed an issue when selecting a tax year that did not have the year as the first 4 characters causing an error.
- Bill numbers available now are only for the tax year and mobile homes.

Introduction

This screen allows user to assign a mobile home tag (created via Tax Years) to a mobile home bill

Explanation

Tax Year - Tax year of the mobile home tag

Issue Date - Date tag was issued. This updates to current date when status is set to issued. It will clear when the status is not issued.

Status - Status of the tag. There are two system status of Issued and Available. User can also setup there own.

Bill Number - This is the bill number for the tax year in which the tag is issued. Available bill numbers are mobile home bills for the tax year of the tag.

Tag Type - Tag type of the decal\tag

User - User assigned to the decal\tag. Available if option is turned on in Tax Collection System Settings

Notes

  • If tag has already been issued user is prompted/asked that the bill the decal was issued was changed and if that is correct. Answer determines what the program does.

  • The entire process of issuing and moving back to available is all manual. There is no error checking, auto process, etc. So if you are issuing a tag you must change status and select the tag.
