Introduction

Note Titles are user-defined parameters file that can be built to identify additional notes that can be tracked on the Notes tab of several modules (e.g. tax property master, permit master).

Note Title Fields

Module - Module note is used in.

Note title - Text of the note title

System note title - Is the note title a system based one. This field is read only.

Share with Personnel - Will allow the note title to be shared with the personnel module. Will only be visible if the personnel module is available and the note title module is PR (Payroll).

Share with Payroll - Will allow the note title to be shared with the payroll module. Will only be visible if the payroll module is available and the note title module is PE (Personnel).
