Recent Change Version 6.89 - Updated the process to work with the current implementation used.
6.80 - Corrected issue where when processing a year and prompted previous new owner data will be cleared all additional recipients were being removed not just new owner tagged entries.
6.44 - User can now see New Owner Data from the property tax detail screen.

- Tax year drop down will default to the one set in the system parameter and if not set the first one for the current year. Sort order has been changed to descending.
Introduction
This process\report is used to flag real estate property that have a new owner based on information provided from assessor companies. Formats currently accepted are WinGap.
Explanation
The new owner report shows all parcels that have been flagged as having a new owner based on files provided from a 3rd party processor. How the parcel is flagged is based on content of the files
New Owner Report Options
Process- Print will print the report. Print and Update will print the report and will update the new owner information into data. There are prompts asking the user if they wish to update the data. If a prior update occurred for new data the user will be informed of this prior to the report being printed stating that all existing data will be removed.
Tax Year - Tax Year the import/report will use
