Important Notes

The new owner report will a file to generate data for the report(WinGap File Formats).

When creating the name the first name, middle initial, and last name are always used.

If three address lines are provided they are stored in SmartFusion as such

• address 1 is appended to the name
• address 2 is address 1
• address 3 is address 2

If less than 3 addresses the file is consistent where address 3 is blank so the following occurs

• address 1 is address 1
• address 2 is address 2
