Accounts Payable

  • New Feature was added to Print Update AP Checks to display the ACH file path and name so that it can be updated by the user at the time of processing. || SFAP-1436

  • New Feature was added to Vendor W-9 Expiration Report to keep the default beginning and ending dates as blank so that the user will enter the specific date range that is desired. || SFAP-1446

Fund Ledger
  • New Feature was added to Enter/Edit Journal Entry to include journal entries that were created by inactive users or users with limited account access. || SFFL-735
Payroll

  • New Feature was added to Payroll System Settings Page 4 to display the ERS retirement salary limit. || SFPR-2876

  • New Feature was added to Create AP Vouchers from Payroll to allow the user to select whether or not they wanted to create vouchers for FICA, Federal Withholding and State Withholding. || SFPR-2880

Purchasing
  • New Feature was added to Review/Approve PO Requisitions to refresh the form after single approval, "Cancel PO Req" or "Return and reroute". || SFPCH-461

Payroll
  • Modified Print/Update Payroll Checks for deductions that have a ceiling and have crossed that ceiling during a payroll run. Information needed to be retained in order to handle any potential rollbacks of the payroll run. || SFPR-2876
Purchasing
  • Modified Review/Approve PO Requisitions for users that had "Full PO Routing Rights" and were also part of the routing stream so that an exception would not be thrown when they first try to approve a requisition for another user. || SFPCH-464
Utility Billing
  • Modified Calculate Report for seasonal demand calculations to zero out the maximum winter and maximum summer demand usage if the meter does not have any demand usage for the previous 11 months. || SFUB-3779
