6.253 - Added checkbox "Use penalty schedule for all license types" and "Use interest schedule for all license types" for the penalty and interest schedule grids. If newly added checkbox is checked and the user chooses to save it, it will clear out the license types on all existing records and the license type will be disabled.
6.223 - Modified code so if no license type is selected it will save BusinessLicenseTypeId as 1 (blank default).
