- Added new checkbox called "Create vacancy in Budget Prep" as well as a new combo checkbox to show all budget versions for the selected employee that will only be visible if the new checkbox is checked.
- New functionality to create a budget prep vacancy for the inactivated employee if the "Create vacancy in Budget Prep" checkbox is checked for the budget versions selected.

Introduction

This screen allows users to inactive employees. They may be reactivated if needed through the Payroll > Employees > Activate Employee screen.

Configurable Fields (editable)

  • Employee Id / Name
  • Termination date
  • Reason

  • Inactive leave codes
  • Clear accumulation rates
  • Clear all deductions amounts
  • Deductions combo checkbox - only visible if "Clear all deductions amounts" is not checked.
  • Inactivate in Personnel
  • Inactivate in Budget Prep
  • Create vacancy in Budget Prep - Creates an Enter/Edit Vacancies record for the budget versions specified. Will also ensure the Enter/Edit Employee Profiles budget version is no longer included in budget prep.
  • Budget version combo checkbox - only visible if "Create vacancy in Budget Prep" is checked. Will only show budget versions for the selected employee.
  • Inactivate in Insurance and Benefits
  • Uncheck flag "Export to Time and Attendance" Inactivate in Absence and Subs.
