- Added Class code to the search filter criteria, detail section, and the Budget Version and Profile tabs.

Introduction

This screen allows users to create or modify employee vacancies for specific budget versions. The Inquiry screen is identical but all fields are disabled.

Employees may also be added to this vacancy screen through the Inactive Employee screen. If created through this process, The description, Location, Category, Department, Salary class, Class code, and Certified position fields on the detail section will all be populated from what is configured in Enter/Edit Employee Master. The Budget Version and Profile tabs will be populated with the information configured in Enter/Edit Employee Profiles

Detail

Budget Version

Budget Version vacancies may be added or deleted from this tab. The data on any of the other tabs correlates directly to the selected budget version.

Profile

Users may set up employee profiles from this tab.

The following combo box are populated from the payroll parameter screens:

  • Category
  • Location
  • Salary class
  • Class code

FTE must match what is in the Salary Distribution tab

Salary Distribution

This screen is set up similarly to the Enter/Edit Employee Master screen's Salary Accounts tab. Users may add or delete pay types/accounts. The pay types are configured in the payroll Pay Type screen.
