Introduction

The bill transaction report can be displayed from the property master on the bill section at the bottom or the Property Master Yearly Detail screen. It contains a listing of property and owner information as well as a listing of all transactions that affect the selected bill

Report Sequence

Transaction Type - This will order transactions by the transaction code type associated with them

Transaction Code - This will order by the transaction code associated with the transactions

Date - This will sort by the transaction date of the transaction

Any combination of the above options may be used on the report in any priority. Once you select a sequence field you will also have options to display a header and subtotal. You can choose to group by and get totals by any of the options above.

Include note field - Choose to show transaction notes on the report

Include Check Number - Choose to show check numbers on the report

Include Update and System Number - Choose to show update and system numbers on the report
