Features and Enhancements

Cash Collections

• New Feature was added to Enter Single Payment and Enter Multiple Payments. The payment reference fields now allow for 30 characters. || SFCC-316

• New Feature was added to Enter Multiple Payments. The auto-printing of receipts is now controlled by the receipt type. || SFCC-333

Fund Ledger

• New Feature was added to Import PCard Journals and FL Import PCard Journals Layout to allow the creation of a voucher from a file that had a journal entry file format. || SFFL-380

Payroll

• New Feature was added to Pay Type (Payroll) and Payroll Enter/Edit Employee Master in the way of a new option to select "Do not calculate rate automatically." || SFPR-1756

Permitting

• New Feature was added to Construction Type Report to allow the user to filter by construction type and occupancy group. The report was also updated to UX standards. || SFPM-267

Tax Collection

• New Feature was added to Create New Tax Year to allow for updates to the GL accounts. || SFTX-2358

Utility Billing

• New Feature was added to Government Windows System Setup to allow all accounts with a balance to be exported, regardless of the location status. || SFUB-2815

Addressed Issues

Accounts Payable

• Modified Enter/Edit Vouchers to check for duplicate vouchers when a user created a voucher and immediately tried to save that voucher. || SFAP-868

Fixed Assets

• Modified Depreciation Schedule to address an issue where the depreciation was not being pulled for assets that had an account change but no transfers. This only occurred when the Department report sequence was selected when tracking by Department or when the Location report sequence was selected when tracking by Location. || SFFA-115

Fund Ledger

• Modified Enter/Edit Cash Receipts so that the cash account field would be disabled/enabled depending on whether the actual cash receipt was posted instead of the first one in the search criteria. || SFFL-375

• Modified Budget Reports so that calculation for total encumbrances include completed POs. || SFFL-377

Payroll

• Modified Employee Deduction Report where the grand total wages were being displayed instead of the subtotal wages when an employee switched retirement deductions within the selected time period. || SFPR-1818

• Modified Retirement File/Report for Alabama customers where all employees were categorized as "daily" in the enrollment file. A change made in 6.102 was also modified to show the preferred check date in the export file. || SFPR-1895
