Introduction
The deduction verification report is designed to list deductions that have been assigned to employees. The report can be run to include all deductions or only the deductions that you select. You may also select to print (only) deductions that have employer costs associated with them.
Details
Report Options/Filters:
- Report sequence - Options are Class, Deduction Code, Department, Location, and Name (default)
- Include inactive employees
- Include only deductions with employer cost
- Include deductions with both zero standard and zero current amounts
- New page for each sequence
- Include all filter (Classes, Departments, Pay Group, Locations, Deductions, Employees)
